This presentation provides data on a successful plan to improve the graduation rate, reduce retention and decrease the dropout rate. This presentation will show a variety of ideas and implementations to complete the puzzle for success of the students. Attendees will learn of programs and plans to improve the data with very little cost to the school division and learn of Chesterfield County’s plans for the next five years to reach high expectations and success for the students.
