This presentation examines the intersection of these three employee protections as they may arise in the school setting. The most important provisions of the laws will be covered. Then real life instances occurring in the school building or central office will be shared with practical advice on minimizing time away from work, avoiding charges of discrimination and retaliation and staying out of court.
